Election Fatigue

The mind is not set up for continual wrestling. Research shows how we need sustenance, along with good health to deal with stress. You and your mind need a break, and a rest. Do not deal with the same issue, same worry, over and over.


As one article said, "Voter fatigue, or the feeling of exhaustion surrounding voting practices, has increased as a result of both this election season’s importance and COVID-19’s isolative processes, which increase our exposure to media and keeps us virtually unable to ‘escape’ to other distractions we’re normally accustomed to using."
